Q1 : How can i apply in Training courses?

Answer:

First you have to create your account by clicking on "New trainee" button. After completing account you have to apply for your desired course.


Q2 : How can i know whether i am selected or not?

Answer:

Only selected participants will be notified by email or SMS or over telephone.


Q3 : Where can I find more information about training courses?

Q6 : The course begins in a few days, and I still do not have my log-in information. What do I do?

Your log in information (USER ID, and PASSWORD) is same which you have used during registration and applying process.


Q7 : How many people would normally attend each course?

Q8 : What are the course hours?

Answer:

Course hours are usually from 08.30/09.00 to 17.00, Sunday to Thursday.


Q9 : Do you provide accommodation?

Answer:

The Technical Training Unit, icddr,b is not residential, opening hours are 08.30 to 17.00 Sunday to Thursday. We can provide a list of local accommodation for participants from overseas. This accommodation has not been inspected by a representative of the Centre and we cannot make recommendations, however, we do monitor feedback from other participants. Accommodation details will be provided on confirmation of your booking.


Q10 : What happens if I am not available for the whole course?

Full attendance is a requirement for all courses. Certificates may be withheld if participants are absent for parts of the course.
